Shipping policy
We try our best to make sure orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Occasionally I will offer pre-order items for sale. The shipping estimates will be provided in those specific listings.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to the United States for most packages. Heavier items may require more shipping. These items will have a note in the item description if they do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping.

Local pickup
Local pickup is available at my brick and mortar located at 168 Center Street Bangor Maine.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. If your country is eligible it will show up in the list when you check out.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Crafty Grimalkin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reese@craftygrimalkin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please give international orders 30-60 days for shipping.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
My main method of shipping is through the USPS. Therefore, I can use PO Boxes when it is accepted. However, if it is cheaper for me to ship UPS or FedEx I may utilize those methods as well. Please try to use street addresses whenever possible.
